Toothbrush, one of the products I use every day. It’s a daily product, but it’s very rare for anyone who knows which toothbrush is right for me and how to choose the right one.

This is often because you buy it at a mart or use a toothbrush at home.

However, the arrangement of teeth is different for each person, and the shape of the teeth and the condition of the gums are different, so the toothbrushes suitable for each person are different!

So today I’m going to tell you how to choose the right toothbrush for me.

In general, toothbrushes are often classified according to the brush head. The bristles are divided according to whether they are soft or strong.

A strong brush has the advantage of being easy to remove the plaque because of its good transmission of power, but care must be taken because cleaning too strongly can damage the teeth, and weak gums can bleed. That is why people with weak gums prefer soft brush heads.

Soft bristles are not the only advantage.

Soft bristles have less irritation, so they are good for those with weak gums, but their ability to remove plaques is somewhat inferior, so there is a disadvantage that they have to be done for a long time when brushing your teeth.

To catch both of these, there is a method of brushing teeth by selecting a bristle that fits the gums and brushing the teeth between teeth using an interdental toothbrush.

However, this can also be a problem if you don’t know how to use it properly. Because of this, the newly released product is an embossed toothbrush.

It is a product that has the advantages of strong and soft hair as mentioned above in the form of embossing of bristles. This product removes plaque from every corner of the tooth without irritation or injury.

When choosing a toothbrush, the size of the toothbrush head is also important.

It is better to choose a size that covers 2 to 3 molar teeth rather than being too large. If the bristles are too small, you can wipe the inner molar and corners of the gums, but if they are too large, it is difficult to clean them, so you should consider this part and choose a toothbrush.

A lot of people care about teeth and gum care, but I’ve told you how to choose the right toothbrush because I’m less concerned about choosing a toothbrush.
